Hi! I'm Erin, Founder
As founder of Let’s Meet CLT, Erin oversees operations, team building, and marketing strategy. A Charlotte native, she studied Marketing & Economics at Appalachian State. She began her career at Welcomemat Services as a Marketing Account Manager, supporting local small businesses through enhanced marketing and outreach to newcomers. She then went to Aramark Refreshment Services as a Regional Key Account Manager, where she built consultative relationships with key decision-makers. Drawn back to her passion for empowering businesses through results-driven marketing, she returned to Welcomemat as Charlotte’s Market Franchise Owner. She led localized initiatives that delivered measurable increases in leads and sales. Eager to provide customized marketing solutions on a wider scale, she started Let’s Meet CLT to help even more clients transform their ideas into reality through impactful marketing strategies tailored to their needs.
Erin resides in Plaza Midwood where she actively supports the Plaza Midwood Merchants Association, leveraging her marketing expertise to connect Charlotte’s vibrant small business community. In her spare time, you can find her spending time with her husband Cameron, and daughter Charlotte.

With degrees in psychology and history, and a Master's in Marketing, Amanda brings unique perspective to elevate client brands. Her diverse expertise provides insights to develop strategies that resonate.
Whether crafting engaging events or providing brands with a fresh glow-up, Amanda loves sparking creativity and watching clients shine. Her marketing strategies focus on understanding a brand's core DNA in order to amplify strengths and unlock untapped potential. She enhances solid foundations, elevating brands strategically through fresh positioning and storytelling.
With a genuine passion for understanding audiences and building brand affinity, Amanda helps clients strategically share their stories. When she's not collaborating with clients, you can find Amanda playing video games, watching Lord of the Rings, or finding new restaurants to try.
I'm Mindy, Marketing Specialist
A public relations and marketing specialist who works to create stronger connections between brands and their audience. Her clients range from individuals to small and mid-market companies.
Being the extravert that she is, her absolute passion is connecting with people, professionally and personally. “Whether it’s engaging in important conversation, helping grow others’ platforms, or just making a new friend, nothing is more fulfilling than hearing peoples’ stories, then helping them share it.” Mindy is a North Carolina native. She loves watching soccer (CYOG!), exploring local businesses (especially breweries!) with her partner, and hanging out with her two pups.

A photographer and marketing specialist with a focus in social media. He loves to tell the stories of the people behind Charlottes best local businesses. He is all about getting out in the community and meeting anyone and everyone.
Born and raised on Long Island, New York he is happy to call Charlotte home after stops in Rochester, Kansas City and Nashville.
